Due to corona virus we closed temporary our office and are all inquarantine, but we are still available on email adresses and mobile phone numbers.

Every day we are getting emails with questions about the reservations, cancellation policy etc. We threat every reservation individually but our main policy is that all the bookings for March and April are cancelled for free, there are no storno costs. The paid amount will be a credit note for a new date/booking later on this year or in 2021 (supplement if it will be postponed to a high season). For bookings in May, June and later we will publish later on depending on the situation about Covid-19 in our country, clients country, borders closure, total or partial flights cancellation, contracting disease and quarantine etc. For all new bookins for 2020 we accept 20% advance payment to fix the booking, 30% 8 weeks before the charter date, 50% 3 weeks before the charter start.
